Appointment Policy:
All Massage/Spa Clients must give at least a 24 hour notice to cancel a treatment, unless in case of an emergency. If you are unable to give a 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment, you will be charged the half the treatment fee. This appointment policy equally applies if you are utilizing a gift certificate.
If you are running late for your appointment, please call to inform the me. So that other clients may not be inconvienced, time will be deducted from your treatment and you will be charged the full amount of the service you are scheduled to receive.
Arrival Time:
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled treatment to allow time to fill out the necessary health form.
